Rice bran oil soothes and fortifies the skin barrier; cold-pressed organic jojoba oil hydrates without leaving a greasy residue; while ginseng tones and regenerates.

Rice Bran Oil – Concentrated in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, it protects against daily environmental aggressors and revitalizes the skin. Its content of gamma-oryzanol and Vitamin E enhances the elasticity and natural radiance of both the face and body.

Cold-Pressed Organic Jojoba Oil – Thanks to a composition closely resembling human sebum, it balances lipid production, making it suitable for both oily and dry skin types. Its rapid absorption leaves the skin soft and supple, while its richness in Vitamin E strengthens the skin barrier and protects it from external aggressors (pollution, UV rays).

Ginseng Extract – A true radiance booster, it combats oxidative stress, stimulates collagen production, and helps reduce signs of fatigue and early wrinkles. Hydration and Energizing Facial Massage Ritual:
- Place 2 to 3 drops into the palm of your hand.
- Warm slightly between your palms.
- Apply to your face and neck using gentle pressing motions, onto clean, slightly damp skin.
- Perform your Gua Sha facial massage.
- Use morning and/or evening, alone or after your Nuence-MTC moisturizer. This allows the skin to absorb the cream's hydrating active ingredients, then seals in the moisture with the oil.

Pair with conscious breathing to enhance the rebalancing effect.

Start by gradually introducing Gua Sha into your routine: about once a week for beginners and then up to 2 to 3 times a week for more experienced users.

The illustrations will help you achieve a successful facial massage routine. Generally speaking, you should use gentle, flowing movements. Always start at the center of your face and move outwards.
