RIGHT TO RETRACT
The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days to return, at his own expense, the Product(s) he ordered if they do not give him/her satisfaction. This period runs from the day of delivery of the Order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer can contact ODOCA SAS by email at contact@nuence.fr, or by using the contact form available on the Site. A return label will be generated by the ODOCA teams and sent to the buyer to allow them to make their return.
The Product(s) will be returned in their original packaging, condition and packaging.
The Products must not have been unsealed. Indeed, the Buyer is informed that the right of withdrawal is excluded for opened products for reasons of hygiene and health protection (article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).
If the aforementioned conditions are met, ODOCA SAS will reimburse the Buyer, within fourteen (14) days from the Buyer's withdrawal or receipt of the Products, the sums corresponding to the Products acquired by him.
It is however specified that shipping costs are the responsibility of ODOCA SAS in the event that the return decision is the consequence of an error emanating from ODOCA SAS (non-compliant product(s)).
